Crumple Old-Fashioned, Kimura Glass

A 300ml rock glass designed by Makoto Komatsu and first produced in 1980 in collaboration with Kimura Glass, now part of the permanent collection at MoMA. Its crumpled surface looks unstable at first glance yet settles perfectly in the hand. Handmade from soda-lime glass in Japan.
