A seasonal candle from Somerset-based natural perfumery Ffern, blended by nose Elodie Durande around the image of an autumn evening on a heather moor. Lavender Maillette from Provence sits at the heart alongside Roman chamomile from Norfolk and marjoram from Spain, while rose geranium, valerian root and bergamot rind build a quietly floral, herbal mid-layer. Creamy sandalwood from Western Australia and the amber warmth of Peru balsam and gurjun balsam anchor the whole in a deep, balsamic base.
